This document is a public offer. By placing and paying for an order, the buyer accepts the following terms.
1. Seller
Service administration and operator: the author of YudUi.

2. Subject
The seller grants the buyer a non-exclusive license to use the Software in the selected edition, Lite or Full, for the selected term: a week, a month, a year or lifetime. The term does not change the edition's feature set.
Lite includes the dock, window button styling, quick panel and ready-made presets for these features. Full includes everything in Lite, animations and effects, custom Start and search, extra Windows settings, custom presets and schedules. Lite is supported in YudUi 0.3.2 and later.
3. Prices and payment

Available payment methods are shown before purchase confirmation. A license begins when successful payment is confirmed. Automatic renewal and recurring charges are not used.
4. Activation
After payment, the buyer receives a key for the selected edition to activate in the Software. The key is bound to one computer; the binding can be reset in the account up to three times a month. Paying again for the same edition extends its key's term. Buying another edition issues a separate key.
5. Free trial
The buyer can use every Full feature free for 3 days, once per account, browser and computer, without linking a bank card.
6. Refunds
If the application does not launch or work on the buyer’s computer, a refund request may be submitted within 14 days of payment to support@yudui.dev or through the support form in the account.
7. Liability
The Software changes Windows appearance settings and restores them on exit. It is provided as is; the seller is not liable for indirect losses.
The user agreement and privacy policy also apply to purchases. Mandatory buyer rights under applicable law remain protected.
