This policy describes data processing when using yudui.dev, the account area and the YudUi application. We use data to operate accounts, licenses, trials, support and service protection.
2. Data we process
Your email and password hash for account access, order history and license keys.
To verify a license, the app sends hashes of computer identifiers: MachineGuid, system drive serial number, motherboard information, MAC addresses and computer name. The original identifiers are not sent, only their one-way hashes. The request IP address is also stored. The site uses an account session cookie and a cookie with a random browser ID to ensure a free trial is issued once. This data is needed to bind a key to a computer and issue free trials once.
Email verification stores its status, code expiration, attempt count and a protected code digest. The code itself is not stored in the database. A language cookie remembers your choice of Russian or English.
The application also reports the YudUi version, Windows build, interface language and license status. Session security records include request time, IP address and technical device information.
3. Website analytics
If you choose analytics, the website uses its own analytics without third-party services such as Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica. We record page views, referral source and UTM parameters, viewport size, device class, browser language, time on page, scroll depth, important button clicks and cursor paths for heatmaps and session replays under a random identifier. Visit records use a random browser identifier. Registration, order, trial and payment events may associate this identifier with an account. Cursor paths are not recorded when Do Not Track is enabled. Cursor paths are retained for 30 days and other analytics for 90 days, then deleted automatically. Without analytics consent, page views, clicks and cursor paths are not recorded; only the account’s registration, order, trial and payment events are recorded.

Necessary cookies let you sign in and claim a free trial. Analytics is optional: you can disable it at any time and your license and downloads will keep working.
4. Support and suggestions
We store support requests and replies to resolve your issue and keep its history. You can see them in your account, as can our administrators.
When you email the project, we store sender and recipient addresses, subject, text, time and technical delivery details. The main administrator and developer can access the shared support mailbox and its drafts. Each person's private mailbox and drafts are accessible only to that mailbox's owner. The site does not download attachment contents.
In administration, the browser may temporarily retain unfinished ordinary forms and page position in the current tab storage. Passwords, service keys and verification codes are excluded. Mail drafts are saved separately on the server.
YudUi feature suggestions, their statuses and team replies are stored with your account. These records are only available to you and administrators; they are not published for other users.
5. Data recipients
We do not sell data. Senko Digital hosts the server infrastructure; Cloudflare provides DNS, proxying and website protection. Resend processes email for verification, password resets, notifications and manual correspondence; once receiving is configured, it also processes inbound project messages. Once payments are connected, the payment provider processes them under its terms; YudUi does not store full bank card details.
6. Retention and protection
Accounts, licenses and requests are retained as needed to provide access, support, resolve disputes and meet applicable requirements. Analytics retention periods are stated above. Data access is restricted; passwords are hashed and private service keys are not sent to browsers or the application. Recovery backups may retain deleted data until the backups are replaced.
7. Your requests and deletion
Contact support or email support@yudui.dev, to request deletion of your account and associated data.
You may request information about processing, correction of data or account deletion. Requests are handled after verifying account ownership. If records need to be retained for an active license, dispute or applicable requirements, we will explain this in our response.
8. Policy changes
The current dated policy is available before and after sign-in. We update this page when processing changes. Use the support email provided for privacy questions.
